This week we learned about relative pronouns. A relative pronoun is used to connect a clause or phrase to a noun or pronoun. Examples of relative pronouns are who, whom, which, whoever, whomever, whichever, and that. The clause can be nonrestrictive and restrictive. Restrictive means it has to be there and nonrestrictive means it does not have to be there. Here is a sentence with a relative pronoun. Do you know where the man who sells fruit is. Another thing we did this week was star testing. Star testing is a test you numerous times throughout the year so the school can see where you are. It is also very important because high schools look at it. I did bad the first time I took it but then I retook it and did good. This is all we did this week.
